DR. BLAKE MULGREW, DMD
Dr. Blake Mulgrew was born and raised in Tucson, where he attended the University of Arizona and earned his undergraduate degrees in Physiology and Business Administration. He then obtained his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from the Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, acclaimed for its medically comprehensive clinical training.
